Okay, let's do this thing. Standard C&C Disclaimer, you know the drill.

"even if I need" or "even if we need"

Hmm, indeed. She came up with the concealment genjutsu before the whole
Anko mess started, right?

Indeed; you're only supposed to feel good about stealing stuff you're
getting _paid_ to steal, Sakura-chan.
...I think I may have used that joke the first time this chapter was posted.

Hmm. So was Hinata not supposed to go along on this mission?

Hah.

So it's not Sakura "telling" the story. That's a bit... awkward,
particularly since we "fade out" on Sakura starting to tell it.

It is a little hard to believe, even with the advantage of the
consecrated castle's wards, given the power and scale of ninja abilities
canon has shown.

"ninja to navigate"

Of course, confiscating ninja gear would really be purely symbolic;
kunai, shuriken, and the like are hardly the most deadly things in a
ninja's arsenal.
> Giggling inanely, Hinata shook her head. "I'm- I'm sorry, Sakura-chan!

Well, at least she's in a good mood, all things considered.

> "But it feels so... so..." The Hyuuga trailed off with a playful grin.
> "Wow... shit!"
>
> "Hiiinaaataaaa!"
Hee.

Not caring for creepy eyes, huh? Either Sakura-chan's lying to herself,
or she'd better hope Sasuke doesn't follow Itachi's example of keeping
the Sharingan active all the time...

Because loud idiots like fighting other loud idiots? ;)

And that's _still_ an evil cliffhanger.

Better be. ;)
