Quasi-related to the Github login option, I'm just getting 500 internal
server error whenever I try it now.
I just tried it, and it works fine for me, both initial signup and
logging in.
According to the log, there was an issue with your 2FA token.
I've removed it, and login should work again now. You'll have to
re-setup 2FA I'm afraid.
