There are two different ways KLV is used in MISB specs - sync and async. The corresponding text (in ST1401) says:
ISO/IEC 13818-1 Table-34 defines a stream_type = 0x15 for “Metadata carried in PES packets,” and Table 2-22 defines a stream_id = 0xFC for “metadata stream.” and In ISO/IEC 13818-1, Table-34 defines a stream_type = 0x06 for “PES packets containing private data,” and Table 2-22 defines a stream_id = 0xBD for “private_stream_1.” These constants allow us to distinguish the two cases, as codec profiles. --- libavcodec/avcodec.h | 3 +++ 1 file changed, 3 insertions(+) diff --git a/libavcodec/avcodec.h b/libavcodec/avcodec.h index f10b7a06ec..f2734bbb1e 100644 --- a/libavcodec/avcodec.h +++ b/libavcodec/avcodec.h @@ -2102,6 +2102,9 @@ typedef struct AVCodecContext { #define FF_PROFILE_ARIB_PROFILE_A 0 #define FF_PROFILE_ARIB_PROFILE_C 1 +#define FF_PROFILE_KLVA_SYNC 0 +#define FF_PROFILE_KLVA_ASYNC 1 + /** * level * - encoding: Set by user. -- 2.17.1 _______________________________________________ ffmpeg-devel mailing list ffmpeg-devel@ffmpeg.org https://ffmpeg.org/mailman/listinfo/ffmpeg-devel To unsubscribe, visit link above, or email ffmpeg-devel-requ...@ffmpeg.org with subject "unsubscribe".
