Hmm, I believe my mail client screwed it up. I had to use git imap-send and then the mail client to actually send the patch, because git send-email gives me the following error on all my machines:
perl5.16(58025,0x7fff776c2310) malloc: *** error for object 0x7fff90af47dd: pointer being freed was not allocated *** set a breakpoint in malloc_error_break to debug error: git-send-email died of signal 6 Unfortunately I haven't been able to find anything on how to fix this.
