Hi all

This is about the repeated repeat vote. (E_07e9c717f7820201)

On the 12th November 4 people posted their private vote keys in public as a
protest. This allowed anyone to cast a vote and also destroys the privacy
of the ballot associated with that vote key.
Meaning we know exactly what votes are cast with such public keys.
Posting your link in public is fine, voting with someone else link is not.

The following votes where cast:
12/Nov/2023:22:53:30 +0200 7324c23f1e12682a: 4,2,1,3 109.192.220.163
"Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 17_0_3 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/605.1.15
(KHTML, like Gecko) Version/17.0.1 Mobile/15E148 Safari/604.1"
16/Nov/2023:09:20:48 +0200 452818415c5dbe91: 4,2,1,3 46.38.255.27
"Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/115.0"
16/Nov/2023:09:23:14 +0200 240812a0c2e373ac: 2,3,1,4 666 46.38.255.27
"Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/115.0"
17/Nov/2023:10:59:58 +0200 aff5f8ac3e44369f: 1,3,2,4 666 109.70.100.67
"Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/115.0"

If you have further information and would like to provide it privatly to us
you can do so by mailing ffbi at ffmpeg dot org

I have at this point not contacted the ISP of the first IP address or
the authorities as this seems more like some kids prank.
But yeah, there are over a thousand people subscribed and
someone else might have less humor and report this still.

So whoever you are who did this, this sort of thing can get you in real
troubble in some countries. Please take my advice and find another hobby,
It is easy to make a small mistake and leak something identifying even with
tor.

Thanks
