Changes from v2: - Expose the AFGS1-exclusive parameters publicly (as part of AVFilmGrainAOMParams) - Slightly change the AFGS1 parsing code as a result - Properly clear whole struct on error, to avoid leaking bad state - Attach all parameter sets (as separate side data instances), rather than just the best - Add a new public helper function to choose/validate fgp sets
