I had a similar patch and Tomas confirmed it already. (See https://patchwork.ffmpeg.org/project/ffmpeg/patch/20241027000935.56397-5-nicolas.gaullier@cji.paris/ but the slight different naming in your patch is better than in mine) Note that there are multiple issues with fate reguarding dependencies, some adressed by my serie, but this one is particularly annoying because it happens on a clean build with a default config, so would be nice to have it merged!
