Since the current FFMPEG twitter account has a lot of engagement and has been 
found funny by a lot, the project should probably have two ffmpeg account. One 
corporate and one with a title like FFPMEG Official Satire account or something 
to this extent. This would make clear that one of the account if for official 
communication and the other one meant for funny replies that can be a bit 
offending sometime. The current account has been clearly identified as playing 
some kind of humoristic "role" so just making it clear would allow to keep 
engagement while make it clear that this is not meant to be serious.
