Hi

lots of new stuff, some secret, many improvments to fairy-UI as well

  * Issues: fairy is now asked to open a PR when she has found the root
cause and has a correct and complete fix (or a correct and complete
implementation of a requested feature). An approve on her own PR is
posted as a comment, the forge does not allow self-approval.

  * Prompt: basic GPL/AGPL rules (AGPL is off limits, GPL code cannot go
into LGPL parts), description of the rebase-and-fast-forward merge
process, non-security fixes are not to be pushed into security fixes,
prompt-injection detection no longer flags criticism of or requests
to the reviewer in the discussion as injection, and several rounds of
making the minor/moderate/major classification less picky.

  * Things fairy did not see before and sees now: cross references
(another issue/PR mentioning the one under review), close/reopen/
merge events. A PR that fairy only commented on (not approved) now
also gets the short 6h re-review settle window after a push instead
    of the full min-age wait.

  * CI: a Forgejo Actions job killed for exceeding its time limit was
read as "cancelled" and the PR sat waiting for a rerun click; it is
now treated as a failed job and the PR gets reviewed with the log
tail. PRs whose CI run waits for a maintainer to release it are now
    listed for the operator.

  * Polling: the loop asks the forge for its newest update time and only
rescans when something moved (plus hourly), so it polls every 10 minutes
now instead of 2h and without hammering the forge.
Fairy fetches the PR's head herself when the mirror does not have it yet.

  * Models/backends: openrouter: provider (any OpenRouter model through the
Anthropic-compatible endpoint). Space Bunny joins as a reviewer as long
as she works for free. Host device nodes can be passed into review
containers (used for an ALSA loopback card to reproduce ALSA capture
    bugs).

  * TUI: git log/format-patch views of branches and PRs, range-diff for
force pushes, editor integration fixes, rerun/sample handling.

thx
