The full quote was a request to first do something that you conveniently left
out, and that you also appear to have ignored/rejected:

| I noticed this same issue in ice_dtls_handshake in current whip.c, could you
| fix this firstly?

> Already back then this seemed strange to me. What does it even mean?

I fail to see anything strange or hard to understand.

The community commitee cannot compel maintainers to review code. They are not
our employees or contractors. They are also not Michael's nor yours. Reviews
are not owed; they are a courtesy.

It is very much possible not to have time to review a sizable PR in months if
you have other priorities in your day job, or simply are not allowed to do the
review on your working hours.

I cannot speak for the entire CC but in my opinion, the presented evidence do
_not_ establish deliberate action from either Jack or Steven in violation of
the code of conduct beyond reasonable doubt, not even close. As such, I see no
cause for CC action.

If anything, posting accusations like this in public is bordering on
defamation, which would violate the CoC and, potentially, applicable laws. So
I would ask that you refrain from doing that sort of thing on ffmpeg-devel
going forward.

The community commitee, even if attribution didn't prevent reaching quorum and
the current term hadn't expired, cannot take decisions on technical values of
competing PRs. That would be a question for the technical commitee.
