I was provided some but that I assume not redistributable. I asked the same question but got no reply. There's this one sequence here that I assume to be redistributable: https://trac.ffmpeg.org/ticket/4581 which is CID1270 but according to the little info here: http://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/en_US/White_Paper/DNxHR-Codec-Bandwidth-Specifications it might be out of specs (but we do support it), so not the best example. https://trac.ffmpeg.org/ticket/4876 might be interesting because it exposed a previously unsupported feature (MBAFF like) in profile CID 1260.
