mxf was one of the (relatively few) number of muxers I knew of that would utilize the provided time base. Those report the output timebase in a quick and easily readable way. Thanks for pointing that out! I didn't know they reported the time base in addition to the MD5 of the frames. I've attached a patch that changes the fate test to use framemd5. Please review.
