Also, do note that the usefulness of the WebM mode in dashenc went way down with 4c27a6fbfde12317bd7d10502d73fb74d566afc3 , which moves the current primary format that would get utilized with WebM (VP9) out of the A/V formats that would cause the meta muxer to pick WebM for that track. I am posting these patches purely so that I will not get called someone who never sends out patches.
