If we do have a separate section, it should include all members, and not leave a few scattered elsewhere. Once users see a separate section, they'll expect all entries there. Source filters are a possible exception.
Of course, if separated, other H/W filters should be as well. Right now, CUDA & OpenGL are mixed in; QSV & VAAPI ones aren't documented yet. There may be Vulkan filters.
