I just did a slightly deeper analysis of this file. It contains only 2 jpeg 
pictures
and several "LOSSLESS2" pictures. The LOSSLESS2 tag is currently not supported 
by
the swf demuxer.
It seems that LOSSLESS2 are raw RGB, RGBA or RGB555 which are zlib compressed.

Anyway, if LOSSLESS2 support is added, your file will appear as having 2
separate video streams so you won't be able to convert it straight to another
video format.
