New submission from Aurelien Jacobs <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>: mpegaudioenc.c is currently the only file including mpegaudio.h which don't work when defining USE_HIGPRECISION (it just generate noise). It would be nice to improve mpegaudioenc.c so that it support USE_HIGPRECISION. That way, we could move the definition of USE_HIGPRECISION direcly in mpegaudio.h instead of doing it in all files which include mpegaudio.h.
