Well, the original bug was about ogg_get_length not initializing all streams. This was not fixed, though I think this is the correct behaviour. The patch should have made seeking faster (and I admit should have been put in a different issue, I just didn't think of it), but I do not know if it is good enough. So IMO if there is no feedback, close it in a few days. I do not know what is the proper state though.
