I also downloaded "AVI to DVD" converter, unpacked it with innounp, the Inno
Setup Unpacker, and found avm.exe, which is just another name for mencoder.exe:

Of the (many) other application on www.alloksoft.com , I downloaded flvconverter
and mpeg4converter. Both contain (the identical files) ave.exe, which is not
MEncoder, but an application that contains libavcodec:
