mpeg stores just the lower 33 bits, there is no way to know the upper. The
demxuer behavior of presenting you with these timestamps is correct.
The muxer requires full timestamps, again no bug.
The code in between has to do whatever is needed to remove timestamp
discontinuities (which timestamp wraping is one of).
If you have an actual problem with ffmpeg please report it properly, if you just
dislike the way mpeg-ps/ts is designed, this isnt the correct place to complain.
