No... Please no pcap files.
You should be able to push these out to some other container with ffmpeg. 
Replay your pcap file, receive with ffmpeg and write to .ts or .h264
I'm not a wizard with ffmpeg binary, so I don't know the options off hand 
(especially for the rtp reception part).  Check the --help or docs.
