New submission from Håvard Sørbø <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>:
When bach-converting files I found that alac-encoding failes on some
files. The result is white noice for periods up to one second using
either iTunes 8 or MPlayer dev-SVN-r26295-4.0.1. Also doing wav -> alac
-> wav results in different md5-sums on the .wav, which is not the case
when doing wav -> flac -> wav.
i uploaded a 10s sample to
upload.mplayerhq.hu/incoming/hs/alac_encoding_failes.wav
ffmpeg -i alac_encoding_failes.wav -acodec alac failes.m4a
