Jonathan <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> added the comment: Sorry for the delay. I am having trouble uploading an extra file, the sample file however, gives the same results.
Using ffplay on luckynight.shn yields some very sparse chopped sounds. Seeing how mplayer can play these, albeit with very little support (no tracking, tagging ect..) and that ffplay is based solely on the ffmpeg libraries. Could it be that ffmpeg does not recognise the stream properly? My main concern is implementing proper support in ffmpeg. Enough so that the gstreamer (and other various backends that rely on it as a plugin) will be able to properly tag, seek and play the files. ---------- status: closed -> open substatus: invalid -> open ______________________________________________________ FFmpeg issue tracker <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> <https://roundup.mplayerhq.hu/roundup/ffmpeg/issue501> ______________________________________________________
