It would be fine if you started reading the license (distributing it is good,

First, this is not about "usage". If you read the software license, you would
probably know that "usage" is unlimited.

On the K_Kitchen site, a binary of software under GPL is distributed. This is
only allowed under certain circumstances, one of them having to do with making
source available.
I do not think you do that (at least you did not claim to and I did not find it
easily, which is required).

Please note that I am not your lawyer (I am not a lawyer at all). If you don't
want to read the software license of software you are distributing, you will
stay on shame for a long time.
Please post here either to prove me wrong, or when you have made significant
improvements (then we can discuss your software license that does not make it
clear it does not cover the ffmpeg executable you distribute).
I will not answer further questions before.
