A few comment nonetheless:
Only latest svn is accepted for bug-reports.
The first sentence of your report does not match ffmpeg's output ("DV AVI" vs
"avs raw")
Apart from the fact that my ffmpeg version does not accept "-pass %PASS%" as
command line option: Are you sure that aspect, top and pass are needed to
reproduce the issue? Imo, the shortest possible (and working) command line makes
debugging much easier.
