I see on the FATE site they've started addressing issues like: how to delete
expired versions, what configurations to build, etc.

What would be fantastic eventually: configurations built on demand! I submit
a configuration, the existing SVN builds are checked, if that configuration
build exists, I get it, otherwise one is built and stored with the others.
