I think if tpb uses media cell and media cell incorporates ffmpeg while
pretending its all their own software, its really media cell who do the
wrong here not tpb (that is from a moral point of view)

That said i would prefer if we do not go after tpb currently
1. they might be unaware that media cell uses ffmpeg (a polite mail containing
proof of media cell using ffmpeg illegally here would be worth a try)
2. id like to see tpb win against the mafiaa and dont want them wasting
   time with this ATM
of course iam just one copyright owner of ffmpeg and others can do as they
see fit ...

noone complies to laws that dont apply to one, that said copyright and
plagiarism probably exists there too, its just that telling people where
and how one can violate the copyright of a specific song or video is
not illegal there. And frankly i wonder why it is in the land of the
alleged free speech. If i tell you about a security hole aka how to
open a lock that should be free speech, why is tpbs server telling
people from whom else they can get latest failure from hollywood not?
ahh hollywood has more $$ than the manufactor of your locks ...

Avoid a single point of failure, be that a person or equipment.
