New submission from Daniel G. Taylor <[email protected]>: Original is able to play fine in VLC and Adobe Flash, however when transcoded using FFmpeg there is an a/v sync issue. It gets progressively worse (a sample is attached, in the original it eventually gets to be several seconds delay). There is a strange glitch at the start of the file, as if the encoding software used to produce it had some issues.
