I downloaded the installer for PPT2DVD from www.ppt-to-dvd.com (ppt2dvd_trial6.exe, size 17776533, md5sum 0c65d431e09bb1561246b47063a77724, uploaded to incoming/issue928) and unpacked it with innounp. It contains binary distributions of libxvid and libx264 (without source), but no code from FFmpeg (afaics).
