There is no feature in the application that needs and uses these libraries. However, as I explained in my comment, we had made some experiments to use these libraries and there were certainly some hooks left in the code that causes libavcodec to be loaded. Wirofon application currently does not provide any video functionality. We removed those unused hooks and removed all the libraries and reproduced the setup. We also removed the old setup from the site.
