The changes wrt the original patch are as follows: * not setting sample aspect ratio as this requires further investigation * removed cosmetic changes * added the mxf_gc_unc_sd essence container label constant to help decide whether the pixel format can be set to UYVY 4:2:2 if the PictureEssenceCoding label is not present in the file.
