Fails without error message since r21630 (encodes 0 frames), works fine with
ffmpeg -i swscaler_cannot_get_resampling_context.asf -map 0.3 -map 0 test.avi
Problem is that new output does not show which stream should be chosen with map:
ffmpeg -i swscaler_cannot_get_resampling_context.asf
