as of r22824 ffmpeg will no longer claim that the fps are 50
a complete fix would either require the matroska demuxer to set the packet
durations or
the matroska demuxer would have to enable the h264 parser _and_ the h264
parser would have to be changed to support the mp4 style h264 that is stored
in matroska
or as a 3rd option
the average frame rate calculation would have to be changed to work
without any AVPacket.durations (this is hard due to timestamp
discontinuities)
