Alexei Svitkine <[email protected]> added the comment: Changed the byte at hex offset 0x14 in an interlaced file from 0x02 to 0x04 will make it "pixel doubled" instead. This is the only change necessary (I confirmed by re-encoding a file twice - with the same setting except for these two flags).
I'll spare the upload since its a trivial change that can easily be done in a hex editor.
