New submission from lordcheeto <[email protected]>: This is a tool that is used to publish (however poorly) screen recordings that university staff can take. It does use the FFmpeg library (included that) in it's distribution, and I can find no mention of the library on their site, <a href="http://www.elluminate.com/Products/Elluminate_Learning_Suite/Elluminate_Publish!/?id=80">here</a>, or in the program documentation.
