New submission from J_Darnley <[email protected]>:

Vuze has a feature to encode video so they are compatible with a wide number of
devices. They use ffmpeg for this. The windows package I got is attached, it
was compiled with:
--extra-ldflags=-L/usr/local/lib --extra-cflags=-I/usr/local/include
--enable-memalign-hack --enable-pthreads --enable-runtime-cpudetect
--enable-libfaac --enable-libmp3lame --enable-libx264 --enable-gpl
--enable-nonfree

They do not credit FFMpeg anywhere. I could not also find the source code
available on their website.
