Uhm, that statement is a bit surprising to me :-) Doesn't my test case clearly demonstrate that there is an issue? After all, it is impossible to re-code video stream 0:0/0x1011 at its native frame size. This issue is present, as I mentioned, both with and without the '-map 0:0' option.
