New submission from Timo <[email protected]>: When I create 3 seconds of white noise and save it to uncompressed WAV-file, I will have 144000 samples with 48kHz sample rate. But if I encode the uncompressed file to MP2 and then decode the MP2-file back to uncompressed WAV-format, there will be only 142848 samples left. So 1152 samples (one block) are lost!
