SE-MediaPlayer END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This SE-MediaPlayer End-User License Agreement is a
legal Agreement between you and SE-SOFT.COM for SE-MediaPlayer.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using and testing SE-MediaPlayer, you
agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the
terms of this agreement, do not install or use SE-MediaPlayer software.
SE-MediaPlayer is fully owned by SE-SOFT.COM, this license agreement doesn't
change the ownership.
SE-SOFT.COM grants You the license to use SE-MediaPlayer, free of charge, if
you accept all the conditions listed in this agreement. "Use" means loading the
product to CPU, memory, and/or other storages of your computer.
You may not:
1. Use, copy, modify, or transfer copies of SE-MediaPlayer except as provided
for in this License.
2. Remove any proprietary notices or labels from SE-MediaPlayer.
3. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or make derivative works based on
SE-MediaPlayer (except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly
permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation).
4. Rent, lease, sublicense or assign SE-MediaPlayer or any copy thereof,
including any related documentation.
5. Make any attempt to discover the source code of SE-SOFT.COM software.
NO WARRANTIES. "SE-MediaPlayer" IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND
IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE
LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE
USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
