Since I managed to get the standard def stuff to play back correctly, I've moved
on to writing scripts for 1080i encoding. I've run into a really odd bug where
simply changing the frame size jacks up the fps.

Standard NTSC frame size produces the following (which is correct):

59.94 fps, 29.97 tbr, 59.94 tbn, 59.94 tbc


Changing ONLY the frame size to 1920x1080 produces the following:

50 fps, 25 tbr, 50 tbn, 59.94 tbc

This is with the latest autogenerated SVN win32 build.
