New submission from mcfrisk <[email protected]>: I'm editing a short film in kdenlive which uses mlt and ffmpeg libs below. When mlt is rendering a the process is hung and/or output corrupted depending on which output codecs I use. It seems that the problematic clips are the ones like this:
http://mcfrisk.kapsi.fi/temp/GOPR0022_slow_motion.mov The original is here http://mcfrisk.kapsi.fi/temp/GOPR0022.MP4 The 60fps original was slowed down to 30fps to get slow motion. ffmpeg script used is here http://mcfrisk.kapsi.fi/linux/video/#index2h2 When played with melt or ffplay, the slowed down clip plays nicely but never ends, player just keeps rolling on after video stops, and there's no audio track. mlt bug with some backtraces is here: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=3050692&group_id=96039&atid=613414 Previously I have been able to use the slowed down clips in kdenlive and rendered output has worked, but now I'm having trouble with latest kdenlive and mlt from their git repos and ffmpeg svn 24883 (through the git repo). I have compiled all packages manually, but I use debian-multimedia.org debian packaging for the latest sources. ---------- messages: 11735 priority: normal status: new substatus: new title: ffplay does not stop playing type: bug ________________________________________________ FFmpeg issue tracker <[email protected]> <https://roundup.ffmpeg.org/issue2183> ________________________________________________
