Is this the complete vob file or did you cut it (if so, does the same problem
exist with longer versions of the original file)?
Please help finding the revision introducing the problem, to test old versions,
use:
svn up --ignore-externals -r {2009-12-31}
svn up libswscale -r {2009-12-31}
