One other interesting note... It seems also a problem 
may also be in the sequencing.  Because so many 
seek/chunk requests are sent, they are OUT of order 
on the return/processing of data (how it looks 
anyway), so data coming back is chunk 1 - chunk 2 - 
chunk 4 - chunk 3 - chunk 6 - chunk 5 - chunk 7 - 
chunk 8.....

This can be verified by running Wireshark as well.

Going to play around some more, maybe by limiting 
threads I can lock a sequential order of things...
