Works fine with avi and mkv (I tried pcm, mp2 and aac) and mpg, reproducible for
mov (and nut, with pcm, mp2 and aac). Unrelated to DNxHD, afaict.
The resulting media file has audio out-of-sync (0.5 sec late).
