There is definitely an issue with this sample (possibly unrelated to issue 244 /
LATM): It contains seven seconds of commercial, then regular program
(motorsport), video is playing/transcoding fine, audio ends at end of
commercial, while audio and video is shown for mplayer -sb 12500000.
Moved to /samples/ffmpeg-bugs/roundup/issue1999
