The archive contains:

1) the source sample (11 seconds, Blu-Ray M2TS remuxed to MKV using
ffmpeg -vodec copy and split/remuxed with mkvmerge 4.4.0)

2) test encodes, with svn r25360, r25361, r25361 --disable-asm, r26359
   settings: -vodec mpeg4 -b 1500k -s 640x360

3) FFmpeg -i ouput for my FFmpeg builds

4) svn log for the revision which breaks decoding (not sure why I felt
the need to include it, but it's there)

FWIW, the decoding issue is also noticeable in VLC 1.1.5 for Mac OS X,
handBrake 0.9.5 (uses FFmpeg svn r25689).

Oh, and I'm running OS X 10.6.6 on both machines.
