When decoding or transcoding the provided sample with FFmpeg svn-r25218 
or later (tested up to git-30112ad, git.ffmpeg.org), obvious visual 
artifacts appear.

The artifacts are not present when decoding/transcoding with FFmpeg svn-
r25217 or earlier.

Note: provided sample may well be broken (thus the need for error 
concealment).
