Convert it to the output format like mp3 or flac using command : ffmpeg -i "Cuted_pcm_s16le.wav" "Cuted_pcm_s16le.mp3" 3.Play Cuted_pcm_s16le.mp3 file in any available in your system player -> There is a noise instead of music while playing out file.
