The invalid MKV output was fixed in Libav
9181976348cac563977a0450c90f27ad72018f1d. Now all I get is a warning:
mkvalidator out.mka
WRN800: The segment has Clusters but no Cues section (bad for seeking)
mkvalidator 0.3.3: the file appears to be valid
file created with Lavf52.105.0 / Lavf52.105.0
Maybe this fixes the issue in MPC-HC?
