I add again vsrc_ppm.o to makefile, avfilter_vsrc_ppm to allfilters.h,
avfilter_register(&avfilter_vsrc_ppm); to avfilter.c but when i build ffmpeg I
accurate error:
"make[1]: *** No rule to make target `vsrc_ppm.o', needed by `cygavfilter-.dll'
Stop."

version of libavfilter. Do that.
Then, copy the file

to libavfitler/ and undo the ppm filter related changes made in
http://lists.mplayerhq.hu/pipermail/ffmpeg-soc/2007-August/001288.html .
