Okay, I just checked this feature and stream copying from a file encoded
by iTunes *does* work on my un-modded iPod Touch. Using the standard
ALAC sample from mphq:
ffmpeg -i luckynight.m4a -acodec copy luckynight-codeccopy.m4a
